The Sanford Galleon has one full wall, seventy feet in length, of floor to ceiling windows that allow guests to enjoy a beautiful water view from the comfort of a climate-controlled area. It is equipped with a full bar, dressing room, an

d secondary conference room. Located directly across a parking lot from the Barbara-Lee sternwheeler boat at St Johns Rivership Company, guests can choose to utilize The Sanford Galleon as part of a full day or multi-day event held in conjunction with the boat. It is ideal for weddings, baby showers, anniversary parties, fundraisers, corporate events and other large gatherings.

We've had the privilege of hosting milestone celebrations right here on the shores of Lake Monroe — birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, and galas where the room was so beautiful people kept stopping to just take it in.

One guest told us: "I kept thinking — I can't believe this is ours for the night."

The client came in for a tour not sure if the space would work. They left having already picked their date.

The night of the event? Guests stayed an hour past the scheduled end time. Nobody wanted to leave.
