The story begins ....
We are a local wedding company known as “Wedding Bliss”- we offer complete wedding packages for couples and venues-
‘Wedding Bliss” along with some other amazing local vendors had a scheduled “wedding photo style shoot” planned for SUNDAY APRIL 28TH-
What is a Wedding Styled Photo Shoot you ask?
(This is an opportunity for us vendors to show off what we do and get some great photos for content for social media, etc ..not open to the public just us to take photos) we were to have 2 individual couples to play as our “models”
The location/Venue was to be at The Farm on Cotton in Sanford- on Sunday April 28th
Jamie Wright who owns the venue: The Farm on Cotton called me and said..
“Hey Kristin i have a military couple who is looking to get married before he has to move and they have their heart set on 4/28- i know you guys will be here for your photoshoot- would you mind if i let them use part of the grounds that you wont be using for the photoshoot- they just want to have a simple ceremony with immediate family- The groom to be Brandon, is in the Army and stationed at Ft Bragg- they are going to get married at the jailhouse by a magistrate if not. “
So i said “Jamie let me call you right back”
I called my awesome vendor friends and within minutes we decided that we would allow the couple to use everything we had for the photo shoot- everything from dress, hair, make up, DJ, officiant, drone, video, food, cake, Rentals, throne chairs & rare Excalibur car - we covered every single aspect of the small intimate wedding for this amazing couple.
The couples names are :
BrandiLynn Jackson
Brandon Gannaway
So on April 28th at 4pm- surrounded by their family and children we welcomed
Mr. & Mrs Brandon Gannaway
I could not have asked for a more loving, deserving, and 100% rewarding day for all- they gave us just as much joy and there was not a dry eye during the ceremony. -
