Sanford Lions Club - Lee Regional Fair LEE REGIONAL FAIR sponsored by the Sanford Lions Club Profits from the Lee Regional Fair support local eye exams and assisting the visually impaired.

The Award Winning Lee Regional Fair, hosted by the Sanford Lions Club, is a member of the North Carolina Association of Agricultural Fairs. Through combined efforts of our members, volunteers, sponsors, spouses and vendors, the Lee Regional Fair is the biggest event held in Lee County each year. We pride ourselves on bringing together families, friends and the community in a safe and fun environme

nt. Local agencies receiving support from the Club are CUOC, Salvation Army, Toys for Tots, Helping Hands Clinic, Haven, the Sanford Area Soccer League, and of course, upkeep of your fairgrounds. Statewide projects supported by the Sanford Lions Club includes NC Lions’ Foundation, Vision Van, VIP Fishing Tournament, Camp Dogwood, and Boys and Girls Home. The Sanford Lions Club is affiliated with Lions International. The Club meets on Thursdays at 6:30 pm at the Lee Regional Fairgrounds. and of course, your fairground’s upkeep.

The Arts meet the County Fair. A great evening at the Brick City Gallery's art show and competition. The Sanford Brush and Palette Club and the Sanford Lions Club collaborated on this project to promote the Lee Regional Fair's Artwork competition. Members submitted their artwork centering on a county fair theme.

Winning 1st Place was Susan Ruark, 2nd Place was Reggie Carde and winning 3rd Place. If you missed the reception, you can visit the Gallery in the Mann Center for the Arts Thursday - Sunday 11am-4pm.
