As you begin planning your special day at Wildflower Farms, please remember that ALL vendors must be submitted to and approved by Wildflower Farms prior to your wedding/event.

📋 A complete vendor list is required for every upcoming wedding, including (but not limited to):

• Caterers
• Bartenders
• DJs & entertainers
• Photographers & videographers
• Florists
• Decorators
• Hair & makeup artists
• Rental companies
• Coordinators/planners
• Any other outside vendors providing services at Wildflower Farms
⚠️ Please do not book an outside vendor without first receiving approval from Wildflower Farms.
While we are happy to work with many wonderful vendors, not every vendor is permitted at our property. This policy helps us protect our venue, maintain our standards, ensure everyone follows our rules, and provide the best possible experience for our couples and their guests.
If you are considering a vendor, please send us their information BEFORE booking them. We will be happy to let you know whether they are approved.
