Too much zucchini? We are trying something new in the kitchen today! Schiacciata di Zucchine e Cipolle! It sounds fancy but it's basically a flat bread with zucchini and onions. I'm wishing Nanny Baroni was alive so I could ask her for her recipe. This photo is before I put it in the oven. Waiting patiently for the results!

This is our 4th annual Cape Cod Flippz, a take on a popular tv show. On Saturday teams will race around town in search of furniture that they can refurbish and flip. We are looking for yard sales on the upper Cape between 9 - noon. We will put your yard sale on our map for the contestants. Bourne TV will be following one of the teams. 👩‍🍳 A little behind-the-scenes at Jenny’s Affair…

Yes, I cook in a commercial kitchen when preparing meals for all of you — but before anything makes it onto the menu, it starts right here at home. This is where I test, tweak, and (usually) photograph every new dish.

Once a recipe gets the stamp of approval (mine, my family’s… and apparently my Dalmatian’s 🐾), then it graduates to the commercial kitchen where I make it in batches for you.

Case in point: the Butternut Squash Lasagna. I was all set to take a photo for you… but Chance decided to climb onto the kitchen table and eat the entire pan. 😳 So I guess you’ll just have to take his word for it that it’s delicious!

❤️ Rest assured — by the time it makes the menu, it’s tested, perfected, and made with love (and a little extra security against hungry dogs).
