T & K Helping Hands

T & K Helping Hands is a partnership of two friends with over 20 years experience in food service. Our goal is to help you with your special events or celebrations by freeing up your time. Helping Hands will arrive promptly and professionally dressed to assist you in preparation, presentation, replenishing and cleanup of the food / beverages YOU supply. Leave the details to us while you enjoy your

guests. Here is an example of services we provide:
• Set up the food line, either from caterer, or your own prepared food
• Place tablecloths, silverware and glassware on tables
• Help with food preparation like assembly of fruit or vegetable trays
• Prepare punch and serve if desired. Keep other refreshments stocked and chilled
• Clean, straighten and replenish food and beverages as necessary for neat presentation.
• Pick up used tableware as guests finish and proper disposal of them, removal of tablecloths at end of event
• Pack up any leftovers into containers that you provide
• Rinsing or washing of used dishes whichever is desired.
• Clean all surfaces used at end of event
• Remove trash to proper waste containers

Base pricing: Includes 3 hours of service (minimum) for two professionally dressed servers at $150. Tipping is appreciated but not required. Once you book with us, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50, to reserve the date for you. This amount will be taken off the final bill. We look forward to helping you with our Helping Hands.
