LegacyCenterRent.com In the Fall of 2014 The Legacy Center was opened as a rental facility to celebrate all of life’s special occasions. Located next to The Remembrance Center and Gift Gallery in Sandusky, Ohio, The Legacy Center can comfortably accommodate up to 85 guests and includes tables, chairs and table linens. A kitchenette with refrigerator, warming oven and stove top, and a microwave is
set behind a large serving counter, which can be conveniently closed behind a sliding shutter to keep work stations hidden from guests. A hostess is provided to assist with set-up for events, and those who rent this facility have the option of bringing in their own food and drinks, or having their event catered by a local restaurant or catering company. This is the perfect venue for:

-businesses meetings or conferences

-client or organization receptions
In addition to family events, businesses may also rent the space for a meeting room, conferences, trainings or receptions. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat screen television, projector screen and podium are always available. The rental fee for an event is $495 and includes a variety of amenities to make your event wonderful. The fee includes both our indoor space, as well our new in 2021 outdoor pavilion and gathering area (weather permitting). We offer high top bistro tables, a coffee station, serving pieces, select table décor and centerpieces, event signs and more...all at no additional cost! Our goal is to provide a wonderful space and the features you need to simplify your party planning process, make set-up on the day of your event convenient, and help you create an extra special event. We are more than just a room to rent; The Legacy Center helps you create beautiful memories! The Legacy Center is a division of Groff Family Services and was also designed as a place to host funeral luncheons to help families transition after the funeral ceremony. The staff at Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory believes that their commitment to serve a family should not end abruptly at the gravesite, but instead the healing process should continue on with the support of family and friends.
