Thanksgiving isn’t just about the blessings we can list; it’s about recognizing the God who has carried us through it all. Today, I choose to thank Him—not because everything has been easy, but because He has been good, and His love truly does endure forever.

At Seven-b Charcuterie, our Christian faith isn’t a marketing line—it’s the foundation of who we are. It shapes our morals, our decisions, and the way we raise our families. Because of that, we feel compelled to speak clearly about the issue affecting our community right now.

We believe bathrooms and locker rooms must remain separated by biological s*x.
Women and children deserve safety, privacy, and protection in the spaces designed for them. This belief isn’t political—it’s Biblical, it’s moral, and it’s simple common sense.

God created male and female with purpose and design, and we will not compromise those truths to fit cultural pressure.
We care about every person, but caring about people does not mean abandoning boundaries that protect families. Privacy matters. Safety matters. Truth matters.

Many businesses may stay silent out of fear.
We will not.
We will stand for what is right, even when it’s unpopular.
