I just did a vegan graduation yesterday and I made my favorite. The world is flat pizza which has beyond meat, organic tomato base fresh herbs, onions pineapple melted mozzarella.
Also, my VFC fried chicken with Louisiana sauce also vegan version of garlic noodles. and more fun event everybody loved the food

I tossed radicchio zucchini scallions grilled corn in extra virgin olive oil. Put it on my grill then tossed it in a lemon mustard shallot herb dressing. A wonder spring/summer salad

I converted a Polish soup to plantbased. This soup is made with fermented rye flour that you ferment.
The soup is called sour dough soup. It tastes like sour dough bread. I used left over veggies mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. Its a garlicky soup. Super good for you.
