All of our leather goods are hand made one at a time so that every garment we make is unique. Corsets, Coats, Hats, Costumes, Fantasy and Functional.

Lifetree Leather is founded by Steward Facile, who is the creator and artist for the majority of all pieces. Since everything created is hand stitched anyway, custom orders have no extra fee, and you can make your piece 100% yours, on top of being one-of-a-kind. While most items readily available are for made for women, we do make men's doublets, vests, bracers, coats, dusters, hats, belts, and quivers. If you have an idea for something you haven't seen, don't be afraid to turn it into a custom order- for there is very little that our Stu can't do!

Tomorrow is the first day of another beautiful season at TRF! Come by booth 6 on your way in and say hello! These ladies are ready for Oktoberfest. The others under them are my ready to glue set but they have lots of buddies ready already!

OMG. Stew has finally started on the seasons special pins for each week. We are only doing one sheet of each this year so get them while we have them! This one is not done yet but she is so cute I had to share her already!

The last few years we have used a laser for cutting our leather. It has been a game changer for us and is an amazing tool but sometimes something happens and things don’t come out how we planned. That happened to a sheet of dragons. We hate to be wasteful so we were saving as many as we could. I was trying to figure out die and coloring and my son in law said don’t cover it up color it as it is! He took over and they are amazing. These still have a few more steps before they are done but I just had to show them off. Sometimes the flaw is the best part and needs to be celebrated not covered up. I know not all of these are going to make it to the sales floor but some will.

Our quality control expert has been hard at work checking all of the designs. So far we pass inspection.

We had a great 4’th with family.
I finally found a use for some scraps I have really been wanting a use for too. Stew made us pins too. The grandkids had fun waving around the ribbons.

Lifetree Leather is giving a special thank you and shout out to Sherwood Forest Fair’s amazing ground crew and the sheriffs department. You guys are quick, level headed and amazing with silly drunk people. Also a shout out to the staff who held there ground and wouldn’t hand a bow and arrow to the drunk belligerent dude! We are also blessed with the most amazing manager and check out crew and customers ever! We love you guys and can’t wait to see you back next year.

The weather prediction was rain but it’s actually been a beautiful day at Sherwood. If we don’t see you today don’t miss us next weekend for the final weekend of Sherwood this year!
