Amanda Leigh Photography Hello, I’m Amanda! I’m a natural light photographer with more than 20 years of experience capturing the people and moments that matter most.

I specialize in family, children, senior, and engagement photography, with a relaxed approach that allows for both beautiful portraits and genuine, candid moments. My goal is to create photographs that feel like you—not overly posed or forced—and that you’ll love looking back on for years to come. I’m based in the Canyon Lake, Texas area and photograph families and seniors throughout Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Bulverde, San Marcos, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. I believe photographs become even more valuable as time passes. Kids grow, families change, and the little moments we thought we'd always remember can become harder to recall. That's why I love what I do: creating tangible memories that you can hold onto long after the moment has passed.

Last year I had the pleasure of photographing my niece's engagement proposal at The Oasis! She had no idea that her friends and family were watching from the balconies above.
It's always such an honor to be part of such special moments and witness the happiest times in people's lives.
I'm so happy that I also set up my phone to record it, because it caught a different angle and I SWEAR a little heart forms above them in the clouds just as he was about to drop on one knee. Perfection!
