We are sold out for the day. Thank you to everyone who showed up after a last minute date change. We'll be at it one more day tomorrow, Friday January 23rd, from 11am-sold out at Crash Champions in San Marcos. We will have a fresh batch of brisket chili and homemade banana bread. Let's start the New Year out right at our first pop-up of 2026 at Crash Champions in San Marcos!!! Come join us on Friday Jan. 23rd and Saturday the 24th from 11am-Sold Out at 1220 S. IH35. We will have all your favorits plus brisket chili on the menu. Save the dates and hope to see y'all soon.

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!! We are now accepting brisket orders for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They are $120 cash price (feeds 15-20). Tax added if card is used. Pick up will be in Kyle between 12pm-1pm. Please give us a call or DM to place your order. Address will be given at that time. We are also available for any of your catering needs for work or personal holiday parties. Give us a call for a qoute. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you

We can't express enough how much we appreciate all of our customers. You guys always come through. That's the reason why we decided to do pop-ups. We missed the customer interaction. Thank you for another great weekend. Be safe the next couple of months and we'll see y'all at our next pop-up next year. If you need anything catered before then just give us a call. You know we'll be smoking briskets for Christmas and New Years. See you seen!!!

Today was AWESOME!!! You guys always show up and show your love. We appreciate all of you. We made it until 6pm today. We're smoking extra for tomorrow too. It'll be our last pop-up until late January. Stop by and get your BBQ fix. We'll be open at Crash Champions from 11am-Sold Out. You can always give us a call to make sure we haven't sold out. It's that time again!!! Come join us at Crash Champions, 1220 S. IH35 in San Marcos, this Friday and Saturday from 11am-Sold Out. PLEASE PARK in the parking lot at the corner of Hines and Marshall St. or along the curb during their business hours.
We'll be smoking a little more to try and stay open for those who get off of work a little later.
