Summer in the Park

Summer in the Park Since 1987, San Marcos residents and visitors have enjoyed a family friendly music concert every Thursday evening during the summer months.

Concerts are hosted at the San Marcos Plaza Park every Thursday during the summer from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

We're BACK!!! our photographer had a computer issue for the last 3 weeks and as a result we have been short on pictures! But alas he has his computer back and is racing to play catch up and post photos from the last 4 shows. We thank you for your patience. Here are some great photos from the night Tomar and the FCS took our stage. This was their first time playing here and they did not disappoint!

Only TWO PERFORMANCES LEFT in San Marcos' 2026 FREE Summer in the Park concert season. This Thursday (8/6) 7:30pm at San Marcos Plaza Park will feature TWO TONS OF STEEL. This will be a fantastic show and the weather is going to be great. Even though you think it might be too hot for you, we promise that will not the case!
