A SEAT AT THE TABLE. A COMMUNITY THAT REMEMBERS.

We are proud to introduce The Chef Louie Veterans Table, a new community initiative inspired by the military service of Chef Louie Turner, a proud U.S. Army veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

For Chef Louie, serving others has always been more than a profession. From serving his country to sharing his passion for food and hospitality, his journey continues with a new mission: honoring the men and women who have worn our nation’s uniform.

This November, in celebration of Veterans Day, we are planning our inaugural event, A Meal of Thanks, an intimate, complimentary dining experience dedicated to our local veterans.

Our vision is simple: bring veterans together, share a beautifully prepared meal and remind them that their service and sacrifices will never be forgotten.

With the support of our South Texas community, we hope to grow this initiative into an ongoing tradition of gratitude, service and fellowship.

We look forward to sharing this beautiful new chapter with you.

✝️ BLESS THESE HANDS — A NEW CHAPTER FOR CHEF LOUIE 🇺🇸

I’m so excited—and honestly a little emotional—to finally share something very close to our hearts. Chef Louie is turning a new page with his upcoming cookbook, Bless These Hands: Faith • Family • Food • Country.

This is so much more than recipes. It’s part of our personal story. It’s about Chef Louie’s journey as an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran, a chef, husband and father. It’s about South Texas, family dinners, hunting and fishing, serving others, and the meals that bring people back to the table.

But most importantly, it’s about God.

As I share more of my personal life with my clients, friends and community, I want you to know where my heart truly is. Without God, I am nothing. Without His favor, I am nothing. Every door that has opened, every opportunity we’ve received, every person who has supported us and every blessing placed before our family—I give the glory back to Him.

Bless These Hands represents a new season for Chef Louie and our family. A season of remembering where we came from, honoring the country he served, sharing the food he loves, and keeping God at the center of it all.
