Monthly Membership: deliver flower arrangements to specified location weekly
small: $150/mo + $50 trip fee (minimum 4 trips)
medium: $199/mo + $50 trip fee (minimum 4 trips)
large: $289/mo + $50 trip fee (minimum 4 trips)
* trip distance @ max. 25 miles in radius. Beyond that distance add'l trip fee will apply
