I grew up doing exactly this with my dad and brother, and I didn’t realize it at the time, but sports cards were teaching me lessons I’d use for the rest of my life.

Seeing the next generation step up to the table with confidence will never get old. Especially seeing them gain more and more confidence as the deal goes on.

HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN 🤯 At the Card Show Con in Fresno, Ca.
My Thoughts: I knew I was going to be giving this Steph Curry auto to someone at the show, but had no clue who. All I knew, is it was going to happen. And couldn’t have gone to a cooler kid! He walked away with a sick auto and three numbered Curry’s from Canvas Marketing Group LLC.

HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE HAD! 🤯 At the Card Show Con in San Mateo, Ca.
My Thoughts: But now he does! Look, if you want to spread the hobby, it’s ok to let other people win as well. He literally had several thousand dollars worth of Michael Jordan Cards in that case, and once he gets a taste of winning, he’ll be addicted for life. It will be a great experience for him as well if he just waits for PSA to open back up.

Could I have lowballed him and came up, sure. But that’s not why I do this. We win together, and who knows, maybe he’ll come back with a cool grading story and sell me some of his cards!
