Arlene and Chris are good friends of ours and I was especially honored when they asked me to be their official wedding planner! With only 2 months away, it actually felt much easier to make decisions under pressure than having an entire year to do it. Thank you A&C for making it so fun and memorable! One of my very close friends got married in her traditional Mien style wedding! For those who don't know what Mien is, it's a very distinct culture that is one of many hill tribes of China and surrounding countries. This past Saturday, I got to witness first hand a traditional Mien wedding which requires many layers of clothing and jewelry collected since birth, followed by a ceremony and lots and lots of food! Since a wedding coordinatore wasn't necessary, I took on the duty of documenting this special occassion. Thank you Saelee Family for having me there! Hope you enjoy the photos!
