in San Jose since 1972. Built in 1936, the Montgomery Theater retains its historic charm and offers audiences an intimate experience for every performance. With an elegant appearance and contemporary upgrades, it hosts a variety of local cultural and performing arts organizations, as well as corporate meetings and private events. The theater shares a brand new elevator with the San Jose Civic (the venue next door which is connected directly to the Montgomery Theater), allowing the balcony access to be even more convenient for guests.
