When event professionals get together, you know it’s going to be a success! Last week, we had the privilege of catering an unforgettable Corks and Forks event with .ncc, partnering with the renowned for exquisite wine pairings! 🍷

Our thoughtfully curated small plates featured a choice of either Poached Prawn 🦐 or Roasted Sh*take Mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 over forbidden rice with Alviso firey sauce and pickled vegetables.

The perfect blend of flavors and textures to complement the exceptional wines. Here’s to amazing collaborations and memorable gatherings!
