Here are a few shots from this weekend! Such a beautiful area and setup. Gigi was slinging pizzas and a couple of handcrafted mocktails! A few Indian inspired pizzas as well as non-alcoholic watermelon mojitos & blueberry spritzers. So refreshing on such a hot day!! 🍹🌞

Spring is officially here, and we're ready for some sunshine!! 🌞

Lots and lots in the works for Gigi within these next months! A huge thank you to .pacifica for having us this past weekend! It was truly a pleasure. There are so many wonderful people in Pacifica, and we'd love to do it again soon!!!

Gigi can move quickly! 🚚💨 (55-65mph to be exact.) So if you blink--a couple of times...-- you might miss her! Be sure to keep an eye out and stay tuned if you've been craving some Za. 👀 We could be in your neighborhood next! 🍕

Rain or shine, we'll be there! 🌧🌞 Here are the pies from yesterday's lunch! (P.S. This could be your next corporate lunch! 😉)

The Marge: crushed tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, parmesan, olive oil

The Pepe: crushed tomato, mozzarella, fontina, pepperoni, hot honey, parmesan, oregano

The Rico: crushed tomato, mozzarella, fontina, hot Italian sausage, pesto drizzle, ricotta cream dollop, roasted red pepper, parmesan

The Morty: Pesto, smoked mozzarella, red onion, pistachios, lemon garlic oil, parmesan.. (Add some mortadella if veggie doesn't quite make the cut for you!)

The Balsamic Salad: mixed greens, shaved carrot, scallions, corn, sunflower seed brittle, and --of course--balsamic vinaigrette!
(I forgot to snap a photo of our balsamic salad, but it really stole the show)🍕🥗
