An architectural marvel of Italian Renaissance style with stunning views of Biscayne Bay, Vizcaya Museum & Gardens has captivated Miami since the turn of the century. Built by a wealthy businessman to throw Great Gatsby type parties, the museum is now a popular location in Miami for wedding ceremonies and engagement shoots alike.

We were lucky enough to gain private access to the property an hour before it opened to the public and even got to shoot inside, which normally isn’t allowed during museum hours!

It was a classic San Francisco affair: they spent the night at the Fairmont Hotel, married at St. Patrick Church in the morning, and hosted their reception at the iconic SF City Hall rotunda. A historic building all to themselves!
