A breathtaking marble staircase makes for the grandest entrance imaginable at San Francisco City Hall 🫶 The bride and groom were married in an intimate Civil Ceremony under soaring white arches. We were lucky to catch City Hall on a quiet morning; it felt like the couple had the building completely to themselves!

The bride changed from her wedding gown to her sparkly dress and the party officially went OFF. ✨ A live 10-piece band had everyone singing, dancing, and going absolutely wild all night long. This is just a little taste of the party at Cavallo Point Lodge, one of the most beautiful San Francisco Bay Area wedding venues for a celebration that knows how to PARTY.

A three day weekend wedding extravaganza at Cavallo Point in Sausalito! Part of the reason Eliza and Carissa chose to get married at Cavallo Point were the impeccable views: from the ceremony space you can see the whole San Francisco skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge. It was an extra special treat for all their out of town guests.

Following the gorgeous ceremony was one of the most lively receptions I’ve worked in recent memory. Carissa was the best dancer! Taylor Rae Weddings and I may or may not have been inspired to have a little party on the dance floor ourselves 😉

Wedding photography on film is raw and timeless. It is a style of image making that will never go out of trend. Colors presented on film are richer and deeper; emotions feel both cinematic and unpolished.

The bride and groom chose to wed in a private ceremony at the 2nd Floor Mayor’s Balcony. The Mayor’s Balcony is arguably the most recognizable spot in the building. It overlooks the grand staircase and puts you right in the heart of the architectural action. If you want your photos to scream “San Francisco City Hall,” this is your spot. You are surrounded by the ornate gold detailing and the massive scale of the dome.

After their wedding, this couple went to their favorite San Francisco wine bar to celebrate with their closest friends and family. Verjus is a chic downtown wine bar in San Francisco’s Jackson Square neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for their reception festivities and another opportunity to take some cute photos.

I teared up watching the three of them together on that quiet morning at La Playa Hotel in Carmel. The sweetest bond, and you can just FEEL how much they love each other. After their Civil Ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, they found a quiet corner of the building for a private vow reading. Their personal vows were precious and perfect, full of laughter and tears.

The couple hosted a reception at Bar Bocce in Sausalito with all their friends present. It was a full night of festivities on the Sausalito waterfront.

He’s from Texas, she’s from the Bay Area. They tied the knot in San Francisco before beginning their ‘forever’ in the Lone Star State. Along with their San Francisco City Hall Civil Ceremony, the couple honored the bride’s Korean heritage by participating in a Pyebaek Tea Ceremony.
