ssion for food, design and international culinary influences, have taken her far and wide. Kristin’s career began with training in Switzerland. From there, she cooked in South Africa, Ecuador, Las Vegas, Italy and California. Kristin has worked for a few Bay Area renowned chefs such as Cindy Pawlcyn and Traci des Jardins’. In 2004, Kristin left the restaurant world to start a private chef and restaurant consulting business. In 2010, Nosh was formed. Sustainable cooking and catering practices are core values of Chef Kristin and Nosh. Nosh likes to use organic, sustainable ingredients. They buy from local farmers and ranchers who employ sustainable farming practices. With a special interest in Ocean conservation, Nosh purchases seafood from private and commercial fishing communities who share the focus of protecting endangered fish populations.
