A wedding for Global royalty. Congratulations to our very own, Spain and Amanda!

When caterers get married, you don't just get dinner. You get an epicurean feast.

Caviar, oysters, abundant grazing stations, passed bites... that was just cocktail hour.

For dinner, a nod to the couple's relation to food and travel, they took guests on a culinary journey featuring food stations from around the world.

For dessert, a "jewelry shop" was created in which all desserts featured touches of gold. Not to be left out, the espresso martinis were served by golden espresso servers. Liquid luxury in every sip.

The event brought together pioneers and taste makers for a night of boundary pushing experiences.

For Global, our innovation focused on sustainability and edible landscapes.

Oysters in edible oyster shells, hand made mushrooms (those are mousse!!) atop an all natural and edible landscaping, Sour Blossom cocktails topped with paprika spiced rice flower garnishes.

Tech conference focused on sustainability and customized "wow" moments. A juice shop, Mountain View slushies, roaming food carts, custom ombre cotton candy, crazy dogs. Lunch service utilized over 6,000 reusable containers in lieu of compostable serveware and a menu designed to be utensil free.
