Slack Frontiers - User Conference - Piers 27 and 29 - San Francisco, CA

To represent and celebrate their diverse user base, we designed this space and experience to be inclusive and accessible for everyone, with Japanese translation, closed captioning, mother’s rooms, gender-neutral restrooms, catering for all dietary restrictions, and a Slack for Good experience, as well as diverse keynote and breakout speakers.

With over 10 million active users in over 150 countries, Slack is changing how we work on a global scale. After producing their inaugural Frontiers in 2017, Trademark joined forces with Slack again to expand and develop the user conference for their rapidly growing audience.

Our Story

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away

Jon Forst and Elle Chan joined forces at Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light + Magic during the heyday of visual effects that revolutionized the filmmaking industry. We honed our skills on logistics-intense TV commercial and feature film shoots, merging creative tour-de-force with capability. After several years at the forefront of brand marketing and advertising, we seized the opportunity to bring that same intersection of “technology meets entertainment” to brands outside the film world, and founded Trademark Event Productions, Inc. in 1997.

Our team’s strength comes from its diversity of background and experience: tech start-up marketing, Burning Man camp leaders, sports marketing, team building, brand ambassadors, promotional marketing, PR and the food industry. We bring creative ideas, strategic management and seamlessness to every aspect of your brand experience to make it even better than imagined.
