8 Bells for Winnie Kelly:
Winnie was a former GGYC member, Board Secretary and a very active member of the GGYC Race Committee in the late 90's, early 2000's. Many long time racers of the GGYC Friday Night Series and the Manuel Fagundes Seaweed Soup Regatta will remember Winnie.as an integral member of the Race Committee.
