Pozole de camarón.
Receta⬇️

Ingredientes
1 1/2 kg de maíz pozolero descabezado y precocido
1 kg de camarones medianos, pelados y sin cabeza
4 chiles ancho
4 chiles guajillo
4 dientes de ajo picados
4 clavos de olor
1/8 de cucharadita de comino
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cebolla finamente picada
6 rabanitos rebanados
6 limones partidos
Sal al gusto
Preparación
1. En una olla grande cocina el maíz con 2 1/2 litros de agua, a fuego medio, hasta que abran (floreen) los granos.
2. Remoja los chiles en 2 tazas de agua caliente para que se suavicen; lícualos con los clavos, el ajo, el comino y el agua del remojo; reserva.
3. Fríe los camarones en aceite, cuando estén rosados añade lo licuado, colado; sazona y cocina a fuego bajo hasta que suelte el hervor.
4. Vierte a la olla del pozole y cocina a fuego medio hasta que hierva 15 minutos; sazona al final de la cocción.
Sirve las porciones con la cebolla, los rábanos y limón.
