- is an incredible communicator
- has great organizational skills to manage multiple events per week
- has incredible hospitality skills
- works well under pressure
- has great social media skills
- has years of experience in Service or Hospitality
- is self motivated and independent
- has an awesome attitude even with the most demanding clients
- has a working knowledge of bars and beverage programs
- great taste in wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- while not a requirement bartender experience is a plus
