Back at it!

This past month has been a busy one for me,
and I couldn’t be happier doing what I love.

As a seasoned professional, with 17+ years of experience under my belt, my skills go beyond just planning for weddings and events.

One of current projects include spatial planning and design for a corporate client and their office space. The goal…to create a welcoming environment for their employees who are returning back to office after working remotely for the last two years due to Covid.

It’s the genuine love, laughter, and smiles for me!

I miss events SO much! There I said it.

I have been quiet and completely mia from this feed largely because of the affects Covid has had on my creative business. It’s been a hard pill to swallow and I just haven’t felt like sharing all that much. Viewing images from past weddings and events I have designed gets me in my feelings and reminds me of a time before Covid when we’d embrace one another, laugh, and share in deeply profound celebrations of love and life!

To say that I don’t miss these moments, and in helping others create them would be an understatement. While I have found ways to pivot through a second small business that I launched last November, it isn’t the same. This new venture has been a great distraction amidst a time of so much uncertainty and it has allowed me to pour my creative juices into something new and inspiring, but it doesn’t replace the desire that I have to plan and design events.

For now, I have chosen to smile, to stay hopeful, and to share the beautiful moments that I have helped create over the past 15+ years of my career as an Event Planner.

This too shall pass...
