Savory Pear Catering and Cooking Classes Boutique Cooking Classes geared toward the Home Chef with Childcare Availability Savory Pear is a company providing cooking classes to those who enjoy cooking.

We teach small groups of 6-10 students out of our Home Teaching Kitchen. Our philosophy is using seasonal, local, organic, and sustainable food as much as possible. The focus is on basic cooking skills, preparing dishes that taste great and are realistic for home cooks to achieve.

Our buyer has backed out of our agreed upon sale!!! We have until August 30th to find a new buyer and have them complete the Lessee application with our landlord!

The space is located in South San Francisco – Its nearly 3000 square feet with a separate office, reception area, large garage (with space for a large truck) and huge kitchen working area with a 10’x 12’ walk in refrigerator and 10’x 8’ walk in freezer.

It is a GREAT space for a caterer, meal delivery service, or packaged food business. Includes 4 parking spaces in parking lot, safe at night, close to both 101 and 280.
