A vineyard rehearsal dinner that grew into something unforgettable.

Set on the groom’s family estate in Napa Valley, this private vineyard rehearsal dinner was originally planned for 40 guests, but as weddings do, it evolved. With 230 beloved guests gathered under the trees, what began as intimate became extraordinary.

We intentionally echoed the wedding’s color story, focusing on secondary tones to create visual continuity while giving the evening its own distinct sense of place. Soft florals, layered textures, and natural materials brought warmth and romance to the family home, a celebration rooted in connection.

Because when families open their homes and hearts, beautiful things happen.

The season has shifted, and the holiday festivities are upon us! Designing this holiday party and brand launch was an absolute joy. The rich colors and cozy ambiance of Autumn always inspire me, and this event truly captured that essence. I love crafting experiences that not only celebrate the season but also tell a story. Can’t wait for more of these magical moments!🍂 ✨🍁

An event isn’t complete without a fun bar, (just my personal opinion), so we always take it up a notch! And this time it was with multiple disco balls above! 🪩 It’s more than just a place to grab a drink – it’s where people come together, share stories, and interact while the talented mixologists craft festive beverages. Get ready to sip, socialize, and dance the night away! ✨

When your guest first walk in, it is important to set the scene! They should recognize within a second the energy of your event and be excited to walk through the door - or in this case a few ribbon arches. 🩷❤️🧡🩵💚💜

I love to create experiences and designs which are not only reflective of the occasion and the client, but also unique.

For this event designed the floral arrangements to feel elegant and airy, using white garden roses, blue delphinium, white astilbe, cornflower, blue tweedia, and forget-me-nots for added depth and texture. We added lemons to brighten the table and also included them in a dinner prepared by a private chef and mixologist.

It SUMMER and will always be my favorite time of year!

Growing up I had no idea how lucky I was, randomly meeting up with friends, hopping on my Beach Cruiser, a backyard barbecue, beach meet up, pool, regattas, beer can races, raftups ups. You name it, it was a blast.

I hope everyone out there has an incredible time with your family and friends this Summer! The impromptu get togethers, water balloon fights, jet ski rides, pickup game of tennis and fireworks.

Summer, brings me so much joy! And now, I get to experience that through the eyes of my daughter. With all that is happening in our world and the uncertainty that lies ahead, I am staying hopeful.

After last weekend's warm summer nights, I can't help but think of all of the alfresco dinner parties that are in the very near future! Outside dinning is one of my absolutely favorite ways to entertain. A band in the background, the golden hour, and being with your closest family and friends!🌟

Over the last two years, I have taken the time to pause and reflect on the type of experiences I want to design, create and produce for my clients. And if there’s anything I have learned, it's that the importance of being with family and friends is monumental and should be celebrated, often. After coming to this epiphany, I realized that my (old) website didn’t reflect the palpable energy that I always love to have at all of my events, as well as not hitting the notes on what I value the most as a mom, wife, and as a designer. As a result, what I thought would be "a face lift" was a full fledge redesign (minus my favorite color combination, and the twinkle lights above my logo 😉). I’m really proud of my new site and to share more about me and my process, so I invite you to please take a look at the new Kate Siegel Fine Events site! Can’t wait to hear what you think. 🥰
