After spending much time exploring the hospitality industries in various parts of the United States, Stephanie Franco started SpotOn Events. SpotOn Events prides itself in it's loyalty and satisfaction to their clients and the personal relationships with associated vendors, venues. SpotOn Events is a full service meeting and event planning company. We strategically develop, organize and operate corporate customer appreciation events, training meetings and educational seminars around the globe. We are detail focused and versatile ensuring a smooth and successful agenda, each and every time. In the last ten years, SpotOn has worked with many vendors including BluePrint Studios, Classic Party Rentals, Hartmann Studios, Grace Street Catering, Paula LeDuc Catering, Small Potatoes Catering, Global Gourmet Catering and Soulflower. SpotOn has planned events with Clif Bar & Co, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Align Technology, Allen & Overy, EDL Consulting, StoneTurn Group, and many more. Nothing has brought me more joy than designing this event. Embracing the client :), venue, local vibes and leaning into whimsy and customization with graphics and props. The Cowgirl theme was a hoot - with some AI assistance on attire we gave the guests a heads up a month out on detailed items to wear which really helped pump up the vibe for some serious fun. It wouldn’t be one of our best without sprinkling in some surprises like a full San Francisco espresso coffee barista, local neighborhood bakery treats upon arrival and a few other unexpected delights (client favorites) - fresh coconuts and branded claw machine. Getting creative is our jam!
