Too busy grilling to take photos! 😊

Thankfully, my wonderful client shared a few snapshots from her table.

This event featured fresh, on-site cooking with juicy chicken lula, flavorful beef lula, tender lamb chops, charcoal-roasted potatoes, fresh salads, and a traditional mangal feast served straight from the grill.

Celebrating the sweetest new chapter — a beautiful baby shower for a wonderful doctor soon to become a mom 💕✨

Our menu featured assorted pirozhkis, elegant charcuterie boards, assorted canapés, crudité platters, delicate eggplant rolls, fresh cabbage salad, seaweed salad with BBQ eel, beets & orange salad with red wine aged goat cheese, stuffed blintzes, juicy chicken skewers, char roasted vegetables, and garlic potatoes.

A heartfelt thank you for letting us be part of such a special celebration filled with love, laughter, and excitement for the little one on the way 👶🌸

Our table was filled with a beautiful spread of classic offerings — assorted cheeses, Armenian cold cuts, pickled vegetables, olives, and vibrant fresh herbs. Alongside these, beloved staples like Olivye salad, spinach, beets, and marinated bell peppers brought both color and familiarity.

At the heart of the meal were traditional dishes prepared with care: tender simmered chicken in garlic sauce, rich and comforting khashlama, and delicate trout served with braised spring greens — simple, soulful, and deeply rooted in heritage.
