There's nothing quite like traveling for Pride. The joy, the community, the feeling of being exactly where you're meant to be - it hits differently every single time.
πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆβœ¨
This year brings a major moment: Amsterdam is hosting World Pride 2026, kicking off at the end of July, and it is going to be extraordinary. Pride travel isn't one-size-fits-all, and that's what makes it so beautiful.
From the electric, larger-than-life energy of Amsterdam to the intimate, deeply community-rooted spirit of Provincetown, the sun-soaked celebration of Madrid, or the iconic streets of San Francisco - there's a Pride experience for every kind of traveler.

We help our clients find the one that actually fits them: the right destination, the right accommodations, and an experience that feels intentional, not just logistically convenient.

If Pride travel is on your radar this summer, let's plan something worth celebrating. Link in bio to connect with us.

When life feels heavy, sometimes the best thing you can do is escape into a different world for a bit.

Reading a book - whether fiction or non-fiction - can transport you, teach you, inspire you, or simply give your mind a break from your own thoughts.
- Fiction allows you to experience other lives and perspectives, which can be deeply comforting when you're struggling with your own situation.
- Non-fiction can provide guidance, tools, and hope that others have overcome similar challenges.

Reading before bed can also help establish a calming routine and is much better for your sleep than scrolling on your phone.
πŸ’‘
Whether it's a thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat, a romance that makes you believe in happy endings, a memoir that shows you you're not alone, or a self-help book that gives you actionable steps, books are powerful medicine.

Start with just 10-15 minutes a day. Join a book club for accountability, visit your local library for free options, or ask friends for recommendations.

Your future self will thank you for the investment in your mind and imagination.

Last-minute summer travel is looking a little different this year, and we're here for it.
🌍✈️
More and more travelers are asking to go back to their favs: Back to Italy. Back to Greece. Back to London. Places they already love, but with a slower pace, a different hotel, and a completely fresh perspective.
πŸ”
There's something really special about returning to a destination you already know. You skip the surface-level rush and get to live more in the moment - finding the neighborhood trattoria you missed the first time, staying at a property that changes how the whole trip feels, or simply experiencing a beloved city without the pressure of "seeing everything."

The right stays and experiences make all the difference. That's where we come in. πŸ’™
Still figuring out your summer travel? Let's talk. Link in bio to connect with us and start planning something worth returning to! 😊

Eight WECs in and San Antonio did not disappoint.
🀠
MPI's World Education Congress is one part conference, one part family reunion - and this year's lineup of keynotes and education sessions was one of the strongest I've seen.
We talked resilience frameworks, attendee energy design, thought leadership strategy, mental wellness in our industry, and why your 8am general session might be quietly tanking your attendee experience.
πŸ‘€
The through-line running through all of it? Our industry is resilient. We turn detours into data and adversity into purpose - and if you've been in events long enough, you know exactly what that means.
Full recap is on the blog - all the highlights, the keynote takeaways, and yes, the lassoing cowboy. πŸ€™ Link in bio!

A couple more favorite apps to keep you healthy holistically. 😊

Hate cooking? The Mealtime app makes healthy eating so easy, you'll actually want to meal prep.

For as much as I talk about nutrition, I HATE cooking, and am not very good at it. Alas, eating healthy (and saving money!) usually requires some cooking, and meal prepping is a great way to do that.

An app I love to use to get ideas for easy recipes is Mealtime. It's free and can be customized to fit your dietary needs, for example if you're a vegetarian or don't like a specific food.

What I really love about this app is that after you choose your meals to prep for the week, it will give you a condensed shopping list! They make it so easy for you, there's no reason to be bored with what you eat or confused about what to get at the grocery store.

I've discovered some delicious meals that I would have never tried if it wasn't for this app too.

If cooking feels overwhelming, this app breaks it down into manageable steps and takes the guesswork out of meal planning. Game changer for people like me who would rather do almost anything else than cook!

🎧One year my new year's resolution was to get over my fear. Debilitating fear from my anxiety disorder that I was about three years into, but I still had enough fear that it was preventing me from accelerating in my career and generally just not being happy in life.
If there is another topic in your life you'd like to improve on, listening to others and professionals talk about it consistently can help!
I downloaded topics on fear, having confidence, and getting over being "stuck." It helped tremendously.
Books on self-development, psychology, health, relationships - whatever you're working on, there's likely a book that can provide insight and guidance.
Turn your drive time, workout time, or chore time into learning time.

Buenos Aires has been quietly one of the best-kept secrets in group travel, and we're here to blow its cover.

Whether you're planning a corporate incentive program that actually inspires people, a milestone celebration your crew will talk about forever, or a luxury group getaway that feels nothing like a package tour, BA delivers. Hard. πŸ’ƒ

The culture does the team building. The food does the bonding. The wine does... well, the wine does what wine does.

We just dropped a full firsthand guide on the blog: where to stay, what not to miss, which neighborhoods fit which vibe, and why this city belongs at the top of your group travel shortlist. Link in bio!

What nobody puts on their RFP: the ability to actually connect with people.
πŸ‘€
We just dropped our first post in a brand new blog category - Leadership - and it's a good one. After two days surrounded by industry pros who got surprisingly, beautifully real with each other, one theme kept rising to the top:
Connection isn't a soft skill. It's THE skill.
✨
Whether it was 's Rockstar Mindset waking up the room, seasoned planners openly talking about imposter syndrome, or the moment someone named their grief out loud, this conference was a reminder that the experiences we design for others start with how we show up ourselves.

New post is live on Beyond the Itinerary - link in bio. πŸ’‘
We'd love to know: what does connection look like in your events practice? Drop it in the comments. πŸ’™

It's from !
(& no - we're not getting paid for these)

Invest in your peace. Sometimes paying for what supports your mental health is worth every penny.
For the longest time, this has pretty much been my only paid subscription app for several years. I started out meditating with Headspace a short time, then tried Calm.
I love the variety, the sleep stories, daily meditations, collections focused on specific needs, and so much more.
You can usually have a free trial of the Premium subscription for seven days, so try it out!
The sleep stories alone are worth it for many people - they're narrated by soothing voices and designed to help you drift off peacefully.
There are meditations for anxiety, stress, focus, gratitude, and just about anything else you might need in the moment. The daily meditation changes every day, so there's always something fresh.
If you're serious about making meditation a consistent practice, having a paid app like Calm can be the accountability and variety you need.

A bit pricey for the year, but it has wonderful features if you're really looking to change your diet and way of healthful eating.
Scanning barcodes instead of entering manually saves time, being able to see what foods you eat are highest in carbs, fat, etc. is helpful to make the changes you're looking for, and TONS of other features that aren't available in the free version.
If you're able to splurge, go for it!

Premium allows you to track specific nutrients more easily, set different macronutrient goals for different days (like if you're carb cycling), and get more detailed reports on your eating patterns.

If you're serious about optimizing your nutrition and have specific health goals, the Premium version gives you the tools to really dial it in. The free version is still excellent, but if nutrition is a major focus for you right now, the upgrade can be worth the investment in your health.
