❤️ The last two ‘Yarn Group Hug’ sessions were really special. Thank you to everyone who joined us and at the Hub!

✨ From enthusiastic beginners to absolute pros, ‘Yarn Group Hug’ brought together members of the neighborhood to contribute pieces to our upcoming installation in the Hub’s Atrium, and you can contribute too!

🌿 You have the power to keep our community green and vibrant! The Green Benefit District is up for renewal, and they need your “Yes” petitions today.

🌳 Every day at the Hub, visitors are greeted with the beauty of Minnesota Grove, one of the GBD’s public green spaces. Many precious moments have been shared in this park, and if the GBD doesn’t get renewed, we would sadly have to say goodbye.

📝 What can we do? Property owners, if you’ve received a petition in the mail, visit the Hub (1278 Minnesota St.) to drop it off, or to sign a new printed copy. Neighbors, show your support by spreading the word and by picking up a GBD renewal poster from the Hub.

🥳 2025 is well underway, but we’re still thinking about the Hub’s amazing 2024!

🪩 There were so many things to celebrate last year, from the Hub’s Ribbon Cutting opening ceremony to the Hub’s Book Stop and beautiful new parklet, but the best part of 2024 was building community with all of you!

🐾 The Hub is looking forward to an even bigger and better 2025, and we’re so happy to have our Dogpatch neighbors along for the ride.
