Loved having Future and Chef Anthony Yang here last night. These few photos don’t do it justice but the buttery-smooth kampachi and black cod and purple sweet potato pie were all amazing, alongside a gorgeous champagne. Thanks for an excellent night!

I was thinking about how it may be fun to have a solo opera singer perform from the balcony at Cookhouse to an outdoor, physically-distanced crowd in Jack Keruoac Alley + Vesuvio's parklets lining the street. After the JAM permit came out, turns out I can't do this now. But maybe it'll be possible later as it becomes safer. Would anyone be interested in this, performing or viewing?
