With wedding clients specifically, one of my fave things to do is visit venues AND meet the parents! 🤩

There’s something special about letting your parents feel included in the process of your big day. They don’t need to (& shouldn’t) make decisions for your wedding day, but it’s a nice bonus to think of a few ways you can have them tag along in your planning journey like visiting venues, tasting cakes, etc. They’re just as excited as you (even if they don’t show it; we all know some parents fake it - sorry parents 😋).

The DEIB team at Curology invited me to speak to their ERG leaders about for their professional development series. I provided a master class on how to plan a great virtual event, what platforms are out there & some ideas on how to incorporate , , & !

Virtual events have been a huge part of these past two years and I personally love it! It’s challenged me to really think outside the box to engage with audiences and employees globally. 🌎 Who knew these virtual events would be here to stay?!

My main tip I shared: A screen is NOT a barrier; it’s an opportunity to connect differently. Change your perspective when planning a virtual event and be intentional about making it a . 💗

Extremely grateful for this amazing team who produced yesterday’s wedding for G+P at St. Leo the Great & 16th Street Station. 💗 You guys are THE best!

We had a 15-hour production day from set up to clean up. This unique venue has no power, water or restrooms so everything had to be brought in and all these incredible vendors made it happen for our beautiful couple’s special day:
