I have A lot of bu****le shaped things huh? These “cheesecake” blondies are so good. They’re cakier than my brownies but have this baked donut vibe. It’s a vanilla blondie tossed with cheesecake batter and Lemon zest and biscoff cookie crumble. So good.

Without my family, I’d be nothing. Thank you to my mom and dad for always helping me when I need it, running out orders when I’m not around and for making my days brighter. Thank you to my sister for always keeping me in check especially with grammar. Thank you to my brother who inspires me and for buying me the more expensive equipment 🤭, thank you to Winnie who makes this life so much more enjoyable, to my cousins, aunts and uncles who always come out to support, and to my loved ones who’ve passed and are watching from eternal paradise, and most of all to my partner in life for being my rock in a storm and biggest support system. I love you guys so much.

Every one, even my family was like, “why are you working on your birthday?” And in all honesty, it’s exactly what I wanted to do. I had SO much fun and it felt like riding a bike and I felt at home (while at home haha) I am so extremely grateful to each of you for coming out, for the birthday wishes, for the gifts and donations that helped me get new equipment, for liking, for commenting, for sharing, ALL OF IT. I’ll never be able to say thank you enough.
Special thank you to my partner who has been helping me with everything, I love you Joey. Thank you to for helping me cashier yesterday with no questions asked. Thank you my guardian angels (you know who you both are) who got me my printer, which definitely came in handy, and the cold top storage for my dessert toppings. Thank you to my parents for helping me when I need last minute help. Thank you to my brother for helping me with some borrowed equipment. Thank you to .i.argueta for helping us clean after working a full 8 hour shift of her own job. And thank you guys again for the love and support!!! 😭💖

My family secretly put together a video (which is longer but I’m just showing a clip) of them making fun of my photos I took during a point in time where Joey and I took a break. They were tasteful neked pictures of myself in my opinion, and they also had put together birthday greetings which I decided not to show and keep to myself. This was 6 years ago today. It’s truly unbelievable how quickly time flies. Cheers to another year. 🥳

I know it falls on a Monday, but hope to see you! My first time making mochi crepes for the world to try! My family has had them, but I never had the guts to show the world. Limited stock and only available during mochi crepe pop ups!
🚨 Not every flavor will be available on my birthday pop up, I don’t wanna over load joey and I by doing too many different flavors.. So we’re keeping it simple. 😆

🥳 Come celebrate my birthday with 16 inches of a good time! One of my favorite memories while in culinary school was working at a crepe shop. I thought I was gonna help run it once I graduated, until he closed down… on my graduation day... So for my 36th birthday I’m doing a birthday pop up at my home to celebrate and honor an old boss, an old father figure, and a man who helped shaped me into the worker I am today. Steve, this is for you and for O’Melon Cafe. The OGs remember. 🥹
