4 mid-size potatoes
3 small carrots
3 small heads of Broccoli
2 cups whole milk
4 cups chicken broth
4 cups of water
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon red pepper (aleppo)
1 teaspoon thyme
