⭐️ We are so proud of this! 3 Chefs, 15 Chef Assists, 2 event leads, 36 servers, 4 managers, several special team trainings and production meetings later--we proudly executed this amazing large-scale event at the Air & Space Museum in January.
📣660 plates were served within 18 minutes! Our custom menu featured 5-Spice Duck Confit and French Onion Fondue hors d'oeuvres, our Winter Harvest Salad and foodie fave Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Bello-Wellington and Salted Caramel Chocolate Tartlets to finish things off.
Huge thanks to our outstanding team - we couldn't have done it without them! We were ahead on set-up times all night, everyone was focused, and we moved quickly to make it happen! 🙌
