We are heartbroken by the devastation in Maui. Hawai'i and its islands are a treasure that we hold deep in our hearts and we are sending all our thoughts and love to everyone touched by this tragedy.

Our event with at was a wonderful success! We provided an elegant meal to pair with wines selected by our Far Niente friends.
The menu included a grand cheese and charcuterie grazing table, tray passed bites including a Mezze bite, Mini Beef Wellington, Strawberry, Humboldt Fog and Honeycomb Crostini, and then on to the formal plated experience!
The amuse bouche was an ahi wonton taco with truffle aioli, avocado mousse, lemon and cilantro, our winter harvest salad, french dinner rolls, griddled filet medallions, and bello-Wellington.
Our plated dessert was a tropical fruit tart with coconut cream, lilikoi curd, toasted macadamia nuts, toasted meringue and micro mint.

These Linzer Tartlets were almost all gone before we had the chance to top with powdered sugar! How beautiful are these tiny made-from-scratch creations?? 😍
Pan de queso. It disappears quickly! 😁 Did you know these Colombian cheese rolls are naturally gluten-free? They're made traditionally with tapioca flour. A great option for a side or hors d'oeuvre at your event!
