It's not just about food, it's about how we can do our part to make ripples where it matters most.

We were honored to provide our catering services to the 14th annual Be the Light Gala that benefits . This organization adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to become psychiatric service dogs for veterans.
This year's gala raised a record-breaking $448,000 net in funds that help make ever part of their program possible: animal care, training, Veteran outreach, etc.

Building an event experience goes beyond just providing delicious food. We want to be able to create an experience that everybody can enjoy, make memories, break fundraising records, etc. It's opportunities like this where we can play a small part in the ripple effect, together we can really BE THE LIGHT that continues to support amazing non-profits, our community, and spread some good vibes through our food.

Every detail of this evening's event matters. Our work comes from the heart and passion to continue supporting our local community. We are filled with immense gratitude to have the opportunity to help make a positive impact.

We hope to continue creating unforgettable events that continue to make ripples where it matters most.

Coming to you live: fresh mozzarella!

Creating unique food experiences is one of our favorite things to do at any event. For Symphony at Salk, we partnered with A Mano Cheese to create this interactive station during cocktail hour. Guests were able to enjoy their fresh mozzarella being made and enjoy it accompanied by fresh baked focaccia and seasonal stone fruit salad.

It doesn't get any fresher than this!
