Hii, I’m Izzy! I grew up in a small town and started my dance journey on my own, learning through music, mirrors, and my endless curiosity, building some experience before moving to San Diego four years ago. Since then, I’ve taken formal training and expanded my style from hip hop to heels, jazz funk, and contemporary.

With a Kinesiology degree, I bring a mix of creativity and body knowledge to every class. For me, dance is more than choreography, it’s growth, expression, and presence. I’m more than excited to be teaching biweekly on Wednesdays at 8:15 PM at La Vie Dance Studio!! I can’t wait to share the floor with everyone! 💃✨
