What is a custom caterer, and what makes us different, you may ask?

We work very closely with our clients to select the perfect menu for an ideal price. We shop local and seasonal, and make all of our offerings by hand, per order (you won't see Sysco pulling up at our shop!). This allows us to get creative with our menus, while offering the best food quality and pricing possible.

Want a small, private plate up dinner on a Yacht? You got it!
An affordable back yard get-together? No problem!
A buffet service at a venue for 200 people? Bring it on!

This Saturday, 3/12 at 4pm, we will be at Pacific Shores Cocktail Lounge in Ocean Beach hosting a corned beef and cabbage buffet with Irish soda bread!
That's right - Chef Billy Burd will be cooking up some of the best corned beef and cabbage you have ever had. Come buy a cocktail and enjoy a complimentary plate of Irish Tradition!

Good News from your favorite local custom caterers!

We are open and back in business here at Four Seasons Foods Catering, just in time for Spring! Although we are fully vaccinated, we will still be taking all precautions when it comes to COVID.

Along with wellness checks for onsite staff, we also require our staff to wear masks and gloves during service, and we will have industrial strength sanitizers/disinfectants on hand.

We have also been reviewing our food service styles to ensure safe distancing and limited cross contamination risk from guest to guest.

Although we are not out of the woods yet, we would like to thank all of our awesome clients who checked in with us over the past year to give words of encouragement and hope. It is YOU who make this possible for us!

Hello to all of our friends, family, staff and clients alike! We hope you and yours are all staying healthy and well during these times.
The City of San Diego has re issued a new order of the health officer and emergency regulations, effective 12/3/2020.
It states that catering for private and public gathering events are not permitted (unless all present are members of the same household, including the caterer).
Unfortunately, this means that our kitchen operations are once again halted for the remainder of 2020.
We are still here in the office to serve you all during this time for the planning process, so please email us at [email protected] should you want to get the ball rolling on your future event, as we have high hopes for 2021!!
