Hugely grateful for the opportunity to decorate and attend the grand opening of the stunninggg alexancamelliasd for Modern Luxury San Diego last night

Of course flowers are my first language, but we also had so much fun bringing out our custom magazine photobooth and collectively running through every bottle of Bebemos Tequila in the place. I’d say that’s a successful evening for me!

Professional photos by Phillip Faraone and iPhone videos by me lol

Sea foam. Bleached coral. Negative space.

This ceremony was an exploration of movement, contrast, rhythm, and texture built from sculptural fabric to echo the ocean while allowing the florals to emerge organically from it.

I wanted this installation to feel like the tide had just pulled back, leaving behind fragments of the sea in soft whites and natural forms.

Endless gratitude to Wedding Planning & Design | Averi Linch for the beautiful collaboration, and to The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and theengagementparty for the opportunity to bring this vision to life.

An installation inspired by the movement, texture, and magic of the Pacific, captured by the incomparable Jake Fosmire | Southern California Wedding Photographer

You don’t have to know every flower name or have the whole vision perfectly planned before reaching out.

Sometimes it starts with a date, a venue, a feeling, and a few images you keep coming back to.

From there, we help shape the details into something intentional, beautiful, and true to your day. ✨

Sculptural beauty meets seasonal blooms. 🪻

It’s all in the details. Blending soft, romantic orchids and ranunculus with the bold structure of anthurium and allium to create these living portraits.

Which detail is your favorite?

Floristry is pretty, but it is not always peaceful lol.

It’s heavy buckets, early mornings, flower math, last-minute pivots, and convincing delicate blooms to act like they have somewhere to be.

Some days, it absolutely drives me a little crazy.
But then the room comes together, the flowers do what they came to do, and I remember exactly why I love this work.
