Life often feels like a ferris wheel—quick pauses or long, wearying stalls. If you’ve ever said yes to everything only to end up drained, you’re not alone. So much of how we define our value is shaped deep inside us, even neurologically. Learning to slow down and trust a healthier rhythm takes time, but it’s worth it. We don’t have to be driven by success at any cost—there’s room to rest, reorient, and choose what truly gives life.
