A few fresh flowers, lots of little details, and a beautiful setup for the Global Financial Impact Sisterhood Retreat 🤍

We had the pleasure of decorating for this special gathering of women at a beautiful venue in Poway, CA.

Soft colors, delicate florals, and an elegant atmosphere. I especially love seeing all the little details come together during setup!

Aurora in ONEderland 🐰🌸🩷

Alice in Wonderland is one of those themes you can have so much fun with! I loved creating this custom backdrop for Aurora’s first birthday.

The oversized clock, Alice and White Rabbit cutouts, soft pink and sage green balloons, and all those little details made this setup one of my favorites!

And can we talk about how pretty these colors look together? 😍

Such a sweet way to celebrate Aurora turning ONE! 🎀 Mia Guansing-Arnesano

The DETAILS you don’t see✨

One of those little details that takes time, patience and a very steady hand 😅 Applying custom vinyl to a crystal balloon before it becomes part of the final setup.

I actually love this part of the process. Seeing all the small pieces come together before an event is one of my favorite things about what I do.

Prep day for Erika’s 40th ❤️🍷✨

This is the part you don’t always get to see.

Before the balloons, flowers, candles and all the pretty details come together, there’s a full day (or two 😅) of prepping, organizing, loading, checking, rechecking… and making sure every little detail is ready.

A little behind the scenes of what goes into bringing an event to life before you see the final result. ❤️

I HATE doing this 😭🎈

You spend hours creating something beautiful, getting every little detail just right… and then the party is over and it’s time to destroy it all 💥

Definitely my least favorite part of being an event planner 😂

Please tell me I’m not the only one who hates popping balloons?!

I’ve been so excited to see this one come together. ✨

For Lindsay’s 50th, we went with beautiful sage draping, silver balloons in different sizes, and a custom “FIFTY Lindsay” sign right in the center.

At about 10–11 feet high, this setup definitely made a statement in the room. I love creating designs that feel special without being overdone, and this one turned out exactly that way. Elegant, a little dramatic, and perfect for celebrating 50. 🤍

Happy 50th Birthday, Lindsay!🥂✨ So happy I got to be a little part of your celebration.

The circus came to town for Vanya’s THIRD birthday 🎪🤎

Some setups stay with me a little longer, and this is definitely one of them.

I loved this theme from the very beginning. The colors, the vintage circus details, the little signs, the animals, the giant number 3. I had so much fun bringing all of it together and watching the idea slowly turn into Vanya’s little circus world.

And then I saw these photos 🥹

After all the planning, balloons, building, carrying, adjusting and making sure every little detail was where it belonged, this is the part that matters most.

A little boy turning three.
Mom and Dad kissing those cheeks.
Bare feet. Birthday cake. A family celebrating their baby getting one year bigger. 🤎

This is why I love what I do.

Happy THIRD birthday, Vanechka! 🎪✨
I hope one day you look back at these photos and see just how loved you were on this day.

A little ONEderland came to life ✨🐇🎀

Pastel pinks, soft sage, whimsical details, and a touch of Wonderland magic for Aurora’s very special first birthday. 💕 An oversized clock, Alice, the White Rabbit, and dreamy florals brought this storybook celebration together.

This trend is actually so fun 😄 I had to try it!

I asked ChatGPT to fill this little box with things that represent me based on everything it knows about me… and apparently I’m a mix of law, events, San Diego, motherhood, big plans, pretty details, and always having 100 things going on at once 😂🤍

Somehow, it feels pretty accurate!

Now I want to see yours 👀 Screenshot the empty box, upload it to ChatGPT, and use this prompt:

PROMPT:

“Based on everything you know about me, fill both sides of this container with different objects that represent me, my personality, my life, interests, work, priorities, and things I love. Make it visually aesthetic and personal to me.”

Try it and post yours! And tag me so I can see what ChatGPT puts in your box 😄✨ I feel like everyone’s is going to be completely different.
