What an absolute honor to be invited by my dear friend Naomi to guest chef for such a beautiful circle of women.💝 There is something so special about cooking and creating magic meals inside a sacred container… when the energy is open ~the hearts are soft, and the gratitude flows both ways. These women were so gracious, joyful, and such a dream to cook for💎🙏🏼💕🪷

I got to play in the kitchen all week — creating colorful, vibrant, healing plates (you know I can’t help myself with my rainbow food art😆🌈) — and I was especially excited to work with white pine berries for the very first time. Apparently they have a tiny little window of a season here in Florida, and I felt so lucky to catch them. There’s something so magical about working with rare ingredients that only appear briefly… like a whisper gift from the land.🍓

We definitely had some intense energies with the eclipse window and crazy planetary alignments but It was a beautiful week of flow, sisterhood connection, ocean time white sands & lots of Seashells🐚🧜🏼‍♀️🥰.

Now I’m soaking in a couple more days exploring sweet St. Augustine, resting and integrating… before heading back home to San Diego tomorrow✈️

Grateful & Inspired & Full heart 💛

Thank you Naomi And all the wonderful ladies who attended the retreat twas an honor to cook for y'all. 🙏🏼🌈🕉️🌸🕊️

Been a little quiet over here…

Clearing. Cleansing. Solitude.🙏🏼

A little spiritual + social detox. 🌿

Moving into 2026 with fresh dreams, subtle shifts, and zero need for anything to be set in stone.

I have a feeling parts of 2026 might be a little bumpy…

So I’m playing my cards slow. Intentional. Aligned. ♠️

✨ I’ve slowed way down on accepting Retreat chef gigs.
I have just a few openings this summer and a couple in Fall 2026.
If you’ve been thinking about booking me as your Retreat Chef… now is the time.😉👩🏼‍🍳
I’ll be closing off my calendar in the next few weeks.
