Moving forward, I will still be accepting select social events and will primarily be a consulting business. I will be offering hourly consultations for couples, corporations, or social events. I will also be offering hourly business consultations for wedding and event planners, whether they are thinking about entering the business, just starting out, or want someone to help dive into different aspects to improve the way they do business and improve their profit margin.
I started my event planning business just shy of 12 years ago. It was my baby, and I have poured everything I have, my blood, sweat, and tears. It has taught me so much, given me the most incredible experiences, I've met so many wonderful people, both clients, business partners, and my amazing team. Many, are still in my life today and I believe will continue to be for the rest of my life. You all have touched my heart and I am grateful beyond measure. This year, the universe has pushed me to grow and change immensely in my personal life and also in my career. I know many are curious about what is happening with WAE because I have pulled back so much the past couple years for my family. Last weekend, I produced my last wedding for my wonderful couple Erika & Jim at The Santaluz Cub. It was a magical day in so many ways. My favorite part is sending the bride down the aisle, and last Saturday, when we sent Erika down the aisle, it was an incredible emotional moment of happiness and a sadness for me. Another huge chapter of my life coming to a close this year. I would not have it any other way. This is not a goodbye, it's a transition.
