How fun would it be to have large printed pictures of your love story placed throughout cocktail hour and your reception?! Maybe on your welcome table or on signage. Regardless, they clearly make beautiful personalized table numbers!😉

Let’s chat bridal suite must-haves 👗

Getting ready rooms - bridal suite and grooms’ lounge
- are beneficial for so many reasons:

💍 Logistics - no traveling from hotel to spa to venue.

💍 Beautiful photos - need I say more?!

💍 A wedding day home base - A safe place to keep personal belongings.

The morning of your wedding will be busy - Here is a list of things to make sure you and your bridal party bring:

✔️ Light food + snacks - protein bars or mini sandwiches (avoid things that easily stain like chocolate)

✔️ Water - It’s VERY important to stay hydrated!

✔️Mimosas - A couple juice flavors and your favorite prosecco!

✔️Steamer - For last minute dress touch ups

✔️ Toiletries - Pain killer, fem care products, hair spray, and moisturizer

Rest assured, on the day of your event we come prepared with an emergency toolkit in the case something was left behind!

A few reasons you should request your RSVPs sooner than later📆

Instead of setting your RSVP deadline two to three weeks before your wedding, consider requesting them four to five weeks in advance. Here’s why this extra time matters:

- It allows you plenty of time to finalize your seating chart.

- It gives any late responders time to send in their RSVPs.

- Most caterers require your final guest count around 30 days before your wedding—about four weeks out.
By requesting RSVPs sooner, you’ll save yourself unnecessary stress and ensure everything runs smoothly as your big day approaches!
