Healthy yet fulfilling new dish...quinoa pasta tossed with sautéed spinach, grape tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, fresh squeezed lemon, and drizzled with a lemon/garlic/basil infused olive oil. Topped off with lean sirloin and Cabernet braised onions...yeah dinner came out pretty awesome 👏
