Happy Thursday y’all! We’ve got in these beautiful Ecuadorian long stemmed red roses - their fragrance is amazing!! A small farm has been able to make this delivery directly to us each week (with other colors of roses as well)- we are so excited!!! Come on in and smell the roses!!

Flowers by Coley were ordered for my birthday by my daughter-in-law and son, they didn't arrive after 4 days of calling each day to check on them. The people we spoke to were very pleasant, but said the driver forgot the flowers and then said they didn't have our gate code even though it had been given twice. One day they sent an email saying the flowers had been delivered, not true, and the 4th day was told the flowers were on the truck and for sure would be delivered that day. By 10 o'clock that night, still no flowers. Would definitely not recommend this floral service to anyone nor would we use them again ourselves. Too bad, but the only positive comment I can make is that after 4 days they did give a refund and an apology.
After the worst experience with an online flower vendor who shall remain nameless, I called Flowers by Coley under complete duress. I had ordered sympathy flowers and the next day service I was guaranteed still hadn’t been sent after 3 days! At that point I called Flowers by Coley and Kristy answered. I was clearly frustrated and she was calm and understanding and assured me they would be able to get my flowers delivered that very day. Not only that, when she asked what I would like to say on my card and I told her it was kind of long so I’d make it shorter (since I knew she was taking everything down by hand over the phone), she said “No, I have all the time in the world for you.” and I could tell she meant it! I was stunned. Having just gone from the worst customer service ever to this wonderful woman who took such great care of a stranger calling from another state and time zone, wanting same day service on short notice, I could not ask for a better experience. You rock Kristy!! If I could give you more than five stars I would. Thank you for renewing my faith in great customer service, and my cousin said the flowers were beautiful.
