L’Ecole № 41 is a third-generation, family-owned winery located in the historic Frenchtown School depicted on their label. Founded in 1983 by Jean and Baker Ferguson as a retirement project, we were the third winery established in the Walla Walla Valley. From their earliest days, they have held fast to the belief that Washington wines could rival the best of the Old World. Today, L'Ecole is one of the most prominent Washington wineries in both national and key global markets. You can expect a very fun evening of wine and food conversation from both Annie and Chef Erin.

Well, don't! As soon as we're back, we're sharing a fantastic line up of wines from a variety of Paso Robles Wineries, including Thacher, Stiekema, Elcuse and Copia!

Chef Erin will present an eclectic selection of wines with Spring in mind! We'll focus rose and lighter reds to start, but end in bold Paso fashion.

What an incredible evening in Walla Walla!

As part of our wine road trip, our group of wine enthusiasts had the privilege of welcoming Time & Direction Wines winemaker Steve Wells to our house for a truly memorable dinner experience.

Steve treated us to a private tasting of his outstanding lineup of wines while sharing the stories behind each bottle, his winemaking philosophy, and the journey that led him to create Time & Direction. His passion, knowledge, and generosity made the wines come alive in a way that only the winemaker himself can.

The evening was made even more special with a beautifully crafted dinner prepared by the chef and owner of Wine Pairs Events, whose menu perfectly complemented Steve's wines and showcased the incredible flavors of Walla Walla wine country.

These are the moments that make wine travel so special—great wines, amazing food, fascinating stories, and wonderful people gathered around the table.

A heartfelt thank you to Steve Wells for spending the evening with us and helping create memories that will last a lifetime. 🍷✨

Join us for four nights as we feature a fantastic line-up of small production wines, each which will be presented by owner/winemaker, Kory Burke.

🙋 We're thrilled to welcome Kory back for a third year with an all-new showcase of wines. Dresser Winery (previously Gelfand Vineyards), is a family-owned and operated, artisan winery located in the Geneseo area of the Paso Robles AVA. Dresser embodies a sincere sense of passion for all aspects of wine making from farming to sharing wines with the guests who become extended friends and family.

This will be a great chance to sample some of the vast array of varietals crafted by a grassroots winery. These wines are the epitome of boutique and are not found outside of the winery. You can expect a very fun evening of wine and food conversation from both Kory and Chef Erin.
